Our AthenaDocs system allows you to start studying or reviewing from day 1! Last academic year's summary is always listed here. This academic year's new summary is updated weekly, unless otherwise indicated on the website or in AthenaDocs. This way we make sure that the summaries perfectly match this year's exams.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. If you would prefer a printed summary, you can order it yourself and send us the order number. We will then refund the money for your double digital summary.

Our summaries are written by the best students in the study. The students are guided in the writing by an experienced Content Manager, language checker and content checker. This way we can be ensured that everything is correct!

Above all else, send us an email (info@athenasummary.nl) describing the mistake, and we'll make sure it gets to the responsible Content Manager. Moreover, at the end of your digital summary on AthenaDocs you will find an evaluation form. Here you can review the summary and report any shortcomings.

We always do our best to include the material in a summary in its totality. However, we want to avoid summaries becoming too extensive and we have to make certain choices. Therefore, some topics will be covered more extensively than others. Our summaries are always based on the prescribed material from the university and are updated every year on the basis of the new syllabi.
The type of product is always indicated: literature summary, literature and lecture summary, or lecture and working group summary.

You will always find your digital summary automatically in your account on AthenaDocs. This account is on the same email as your AthenaSummary account, but your password may be different.

If you also ordered paper summaries, the delivery date depends on when you placed your order. Are your summaries available immediately? Then your paper summaries will be delivered within a few business days (excluding Mondays)! Is it a pre-order? Then check the expected shipping date on the product page.

No problem! Order the correct one yourself and send us the order number of this + the wrong order, and we'll make sure you get your money back from the wrong order.

A pre-order means that the renewed, updated product of this college year is not completely ready yet. We do put these products online at the beginning of the period, because the summaries and Exam Guides from last year are already available! This way you have a glimpse on AthenaDocs.

Because we put quality above all else and want you to pass your exams with AthenaSummary, we need some time to update the products. This is because every year we make sure that all products are checked and updated to the new prescribed material. Once this is done, you will receive the products in AthenaDocs and possibly if you have also ordered paper summaries, free of charge at home delivery. The expected shipping date can always be found with the product itself.

You will automatically receive a separate email when your order has been shipped. In addition to this mail, you will then also receive the Track & Tracemail from PostNL, so keep a close eye on your inbox! Did you know that there is also a PostNL app, where you can create an account under the same email address and then automatically receive a push notification about the delivery times? That way you never miss a thing!

What usually happens in this scenario is that PostNL still comes to deliver a few days later. So it's best to keep an eye on your Track & Trace and your PostNL app! Also check if your address information is correct.

PostNL delivers from Tuesday through Saturday. Unfortunately, no orders are delivered by PostNL on Sundays and Mondays.

Our printer is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Summaries ordered over the weekend will be shipped on Monday and should arrive on Tuesday. Therefore, the shipping email you receive over the weekend is a confirmation that the order was properly received by our printer.
