A pre-order order is an order for a booklet that has not yet been completed. We always place the pre-orders online at the beginning of the period so that all students do not have to worry about receiving the summary. As we always put quality above everything and strive to ensure that with an AthenaSummary you will pass the exam, it is impossible to issue the booklet on day 1 of the study. Every year we make sure that all booklets are checked and edited according to the new prescribed material. As soon as the booklet is completed, you will always be the first to receive the summary. The expected shipping date can always be found in the product itself.

This depends on when you placed your order and whether the summary is a pre-order or immediately available. If the summary is ordered in the pre-order, it will be shipped as soon as it is completed. The expected shipping date can always be found on the product page. If you have placed an order on a working day before 5 pm, which is immediately available, the order will be shipped the same day. If you placed an order on a working day after 5 pm, the order will be shipped the next day.

Our site automatically sends you an e-mail when the order has been shipped. This is not the order confirmation but a separate email that you will receive once the summary has actually been sent. In this mail you will also find the track and trace of the order.

Orders will be delivered on Tuesdays to Saturdays, PostNL will not deliver on Sundays and Mondays.

Our printer is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Summaries ordered at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. The dispatch email you receive at the weekend is therefore a confirmation that the order has been received by our printer.
