1. When will I receive my order?
This depends on when you placed your order. If you have placed an order on a working day before 14:00, the order will in principle be delivered to your home within 2 working days. If you have placed an order on a working day after 14:00, the order will in principle be delivered to your home within 3 working days.

2. Do you deliver orders in the weekend?
Orders are delivered on Tuesday through Saturday, on Sunday and Monday no orders are delivered.

3. I have received the wrong summary, what now?
Unfortunately, in rare cases our printer sends a wrong summary. You can send an email to one of the addresses on our contact page, we will be happy to solve the problem for you.

4. I have received an email that my order has been shipped, what does this mean?
Our site automatically sends you an email stating that your order has been shipped, this means that your order has been sent to our printing company and will be processed there. Your order has actually been sent with Fietskoeriers.nl if you receive an email with the track & trace.

5. Are you open on weekends?
On Saturday and Sunday our printer is closed. Summaries ordered during the weekend are sent on Monday and in principle delivered to your home on Tuesday. The shipping mail you receive in the weekend is therefore a confirmation that the order has been received by our printing company.

6. There is an error in a summary, what now?
Unfortunately, in rare cases there is an error in a summary. You can send an email to one of the addresses on our contact page, we will gladly solve the problem for you.

7. Who writes your summaries?
Our summaries are written by the best students in the faculty. They are accompanied in their writing by an experienced manager, language controller and content controller.

8. Is all the material in a summary?
We always do our utmost to include the material in its entirety in a summary. However, we do not want summaries to become too large and we make certain choices. That is why some subjects will be discussed in more detail than others.

9. Do you sell digital files of the summaries?
Unfortunately not.

10. Can I purchase the summaries from a physical location?

11. Can I pick up the summaries at your head office?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.

12. Can I pick up the summaries at your printer's?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.

13. Why should I pay for your summaries if I can also find free summaries online?
Our summaries are always based on the most recent literature and in principle contain all the prescribed substances. In addition, our summaries are checked by different teams and we do everything we can to avoid errors and to write down the information as well and clearly as possible. In addition, the summary is printed in a nice booklet and you can always mail us with questions about the content.

14. What distinguishes you from the competition?
We attach great importance to the quality of the summaries. We therefore work with language inspectors, content inspectors and the best local students. In addition, we are supported by various study associations, which can be seen as a quality guarantee. In conclusion, we are often cheaper than the competition and all the material is in one clear booklet, the layout of which has been checked by a separate inspection team.
